Stephanie Ulrich is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner on the Care Team at ViuHealth. As an NTP and AIP Certified Coach, she empowers the autoimmune community to discover personalized ways to live well with chronic illness by following a balanced and sustainable approach. As a patient advocate living with multiple autoimmune diseases, she brings a unique perspective in understanding the personal complexities that come with managing autoimmunity. Before joining ViuHealth, Stephanie closely supported autoimmune clients through nutritional therapy and worked for a decade as a lead designer and project manager at an international landscape architecture firm located in New York City. She enjoys spending time in the kitchen and developing allergy-friendly recipes that she shares on her blog.

As the Director of Clinical Operations at ViuHealth, Angie works in a hybrid role of strategy and clinical operations to optimize the company’s core product. She cooperatively develops and integrates member-centered care plans and goals with the Care Team to help improve members’ health through the 1:1 telehealth vertical of ViuHealth’s platform. Angie brings more than 15 years of clinical research experience as a nurse practitioner trained at Johns Hopkins University. Before joining ViuHealth, Angie held positions focused on mental health and oncology at the National Institutes of Health and New York University. Angie lives in New York City and enjoys running.

Nicole Sogluizzo is a Certified Registered Nurse on our care team at ViuHealth. With over 5 years of experience in the clinical field, Nicole is dedicated to providing in depth education on the ins and outs of autoimmune disorders. Four years of Nicole’s career were spent empowering women to be their strongest selves on a labor and delivery unit, motivating her to take that specific skill set and put it into practice in the autoimmune community where self advocacy can seem intimidating. While Nicole has a desire to learn about people’s life stories, she also enjoys getting lost in a good book on the beach.

Nina Mack is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Mindset Coach, and an experienced community builder. As a lifelong student of various healing traditions and integrative health practices, Nina is passionate about partnering with others to transform their lives and achieve their personal vision of wellness. Nina supports clients in fully and authentically showing up for themselves, and the people and causes they care about. Before joining ViuHealth, Nina spent years supporting and empowering others in the social services, education, and advocacy spaces. She brings a holistic approach to coaching and a passion for reducing health disparities and improving health outcomes for marginalized and underserved communities. Nina enjoys exploring new places, spending time in nature, and dancing.

Clarissa Cabbage is a Certified Health Coach on the Care Team at ViuHealth. She holds a Master's degree in Exercise & Wellness, and is an Autoimmune Paleo Certified Coach and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Before joining the ViuHealth Team, Clarissa trained Division I athletes and taught nutrition and exercise science classes at an online university. When she started having her own autoimmune issues, she pivoted to follow her passion of helping others with autoimmune disease take control of their health. Clarissa lives in Hawaii and enjoys rappelling waterfalls and watching the sea life from her outrigger canoe in her free time.

Bessy is a Registered Nurse on the ViuHealth care team with 8 years of nursing experience. Previously she worked in the hospital, caring for those with autoimmune diseases requiring intensive treatment. She also served as a coordinator for blood and marrow transplants where she educated and prepared those for their transplant journey. She now strives to bolster those with AI to reach their wellness goals. Bessy takes every opportunity to get out on the roads in Pittsburgh, where she completed a half marathon. She hopes to run a few more!

Jordan Neistat is a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Nutrition Coach. She has a deep passion for helping others find joy in different types of movement and grow an appreciation for foods that leave us feeling our best. Before joining ViuHealth, Jordan worked with clients helping them learn how stacking healthy habits can positively affect all areas of life. Years prior, she had discovered how impactful her own lifestyle choices could be with her autoimmune disease. She believes that each patient's experience is unique and that there is no one-size-fits-all to wellness. Jordan lives in Bend, OR where she enjoys trail running, weight lifting, paddle boarding, snow shoeing, chasing waterfalls, and recently took up pickleball!

Catherine Kao is a Registered Nurse (BSN) on the Care Team at ViuHealth. With over 15 years of clinical experience, she brings compassion, knowledge, and an empathetic perspective when talking with members. Catherine has extensive experience working in the chronic care and Multiple Sclerosis community as an intrathecal infusion nurse. She also helped to develop the nation's first Senior Emergency Department at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, MD. Catherine is grateful to have worked with specific populations with unique needs and life experiences throughout her career and is committed to help each member feel seen and heard in the autoimmune community. In her spare time, Catherine enjoys spending time in nature and impromptu dance breaks with her three children.
