ViuHealth is a virtual care/telehealth solution designed to help people living with autoimmunity improve their everyday care. Our technology combines personalized analytics and data science with access to a dedicated clinician-led Care Team to help our members feel their best. We partner with providers, physicians, group practices, and health systems (providers) to offer our technology-driven, and clinician-led virtual chronic care management (CCM) program to their patients.

About this role

Your primary responsibility will include growing, retaining, and managing provider partnerships. You will perform activities related to the recruitment of providers into the ViuHealth Chronic Care Management (CCM) network. You will apply complete knowledge of all ViuHealth’s products, services, and policies to identify, engage with, negotiate, and manage contracts with providers who treat autoimmune patients (particularly in the areas of rheumatology, gastroenterology, dermatology, and neurology).

Responsibilities:

• Work with leadership and marketing teams to develop a sales strategy to attract providers, physicians, and group practices to ViuHealth’s CCM offering.
• Conduct sales efforts on provider targets through telephone solicitation, email, social media, mailing, and in-person office visits to recruit and grow ViuHealth provider partnerships.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, forecast growth, and manage new and existing accounts.
• Make presentations and demonstrate ViuHealth's technology to customers.
• Serve as a liaison between providers and ViuHealth's internal teams to guide product, marketing, and business decisions.
• Network, and nurture relationships with providers, their offices, and other key staff relevant for sale.

Candidate Requirement:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A passion for helping patients and physicians improve care access and equity.
• At least 2 years of experience in business-to-business sales, provider recruitment, or physician office experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, Communication, or other related field. Appropriate relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

About this role

You'll be working with the existing engineering team to scale new features, address bugs, and implement the build/test/release infrastructure. The candidate should be proficient in React, Node, MongoDB, AWS.

Requirements

Specifically, the Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will:

• Plan tasks, hold code and design reviews, resources, and tools to deliver against that roadmap.
• Familiar with all aspects of the development including requirements definition, design, implementation, unit testing, and integration.
• Oversee detailed designs, implementation, and test plan reviews to ensure high quality deliverables.
• Maintain a deep awareness and understanding of tele-health, disease management and the healthcare data science marketplace within biopharma.

Must to have technical skills

• 5+ Years of Javascript development (Preferably Typescript).
• 3-5+ Years of solid React development experience.
• 3-5+ Years of solid Node development experience.
• 3 + Years of experience with AWS DevOps Engineering, CI / CD with Gitlab Runner and Docker AWS Lambda, (the serverless functions service), CloudWatch Events, SNS, S3, Dynamo db and others, Automation and Angular 7, 8, 9.
• Experience with Web/HTTP security controls (CORS, CSP, TLS, etc.)
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining High Availability systems.
• Experience with AWS Kubernetes.
